It was all a blur... this #MardiGras season flew by so fast that I haven't had a chance to review it!
If you don't feel Mardi Gras by the end of this post, then I need to stop my photography right now. The fun, family and food were overflowing this year at every event.
For those not in #Louisiana, Mardi Gras isn't just one day... I know, shocking.
Schools are off a whole week for the celebrations, and like they say, everywhere it's just Tuesday. We also don't just celebrate it during the day, night #parades are definitely known to be the big ones.
Parades can range as well in size, type, and theme. Some parishes celebrate old school with walking parades, no floats, but horses and trucks pulling trailers. Others are called 'truck' parades that have 18 wheelers pulling huge floats where the throws just keep coming!
Let me just step aside and let the photos do the talking now.
